14th International Drawing Annual (INDA14)


I am very pleased that Denial is to be included in the 14th Annual Drawing Annual (INDA14) published by Manifest Research Galllery and Drawing Center, Ohio, USA. 1187 entries were received from 354 artists around the world, with 110 works by 66 artists to be included in the final publication.
The INDA14 book will be out in mid-2020.

This will be the third time I have been included in Manifest's highly acclaimed and beautifully presented Drawing Annuals, I also have work in the award-winning INDA5 and the INDA13.

National Works on Paper

Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery

In 2020, as part of Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery's 50th anniversary celebrations, MPRG will hold the prestigious biennial National Works on Paper (NWOP) acquisitive exhibition. With a long and rich history, the NWOP attracts leading artists from across Australia. The NWOP supports and promotes contemporary Australian artists working on or with paper with up to $50,000 in acquisitions and awards, including the $15,000 Mornington Peninsula Shire major acquisitive award.

From over 1100 entries, 76 finalists were selected from all around Australia.

Exhibition Dates:  5th December 2020 - 21st February 2021

Swan Hill Print & Drawing Award

Swan Hill Regional Gallery

The Swan Hill Print & Drawing award promotes excellence in Australian prints and drawings.  This long-running acquisitive prize attracted 248 entries, with 56 finalists selected for exhibition at the Swan Hill Regional Gallery.  Winners of the $7000 Print Award, and $7000 Drawing Award, will be announced online on 4th September.

Kedumba Drawing Award

Since its inception in 1990, the Kedumba Collection of Australian Drawings is considered to be of outstanding significance in fostering appreciation of the medium of drawing.  Every year approximately 20 artists are invited to participate in the award exhibition, from which a judge will select works to be acquired for the collection. This incredible collection includes work by many highly renowned Australian artists including John Olsen, Rick Amor,
John Wolseley and Lloyd Rees.
